In 2012 I became a widow and disabled.
Not being able to work a 9 to 5 job. So I decided to make my hobby into a business.
I am a self taught artist but I have taken hundreds of hours in online courses to hone my craft.
I enjoy the freedom that creating gives me to work when I can and rest when I need to.
I am honored to have people displaying my paintings in their homes and offices around the globe.

I created Laura Ann Seel Art to provide affordable original art to art lovers everywhere. I believe there is a certain sense of pride in owning a one of a kind original piece of artwork. I have done many shows and enjoy the interaction with my customers, but in today's world you must have a website available. Being retired has given me the freedom to create and pursue my love of painting. I do many commission paintings for people that have an idea or photo they want to see as a painting and also pet portraits.
